Applied AI studio — Dublin, Ireland

We build AI systems that find real market pain and pressure-test go-to-market decisions before they ship.

Two instruments, one job: catch the signal before your team does, and stress-test the story before your buyers do.

Mission

  1. 01

Most GTM decisions are made from a room full of people who agree with each other.

  2. 02

The pain is somewhere else, in tickets, forums, and the sentence a prospect said on the third call before they ghosted.

  3. 03

CogniGTM builds the instruments that go look at it, and the tools that stress-test the answer before it becomes a page.

PainSignal finds the complaints your team isn't seeing yet.

Mines unstructured customer signal (reviews, forums, tickets, calls) and surfaces the real complaints your team isn't seeing yet. Replaces manual review triage, forum lurking, gut-feel prioritisation.

"API returning empty audio buffer on long inputs"

92% confidence Reddit · 2 minutes ago

One of 12 signals triaged today, ranked by confidence and source.

AdversarialCI stress-tests your story before your buyers do.

Red-teams your positioning, ICPs, and sales decks through hostile personas, finds the failure modes before your buyers do. Replaces launch-day surprises, "why did that deal die" post-mortems, vendor bake-offs run on spreadsheets.

Method, not brag.

  1. Adversarial first

If it can't survive a hostile read, it won't survive a hostile market.

  2. Measurable, or it doesn't ship

Every artifact we ship has a number attached: hit rate, confidence, time-to-detect.

  3. Small, deep

No committee. No handoffs. The people who talk to you write the code.

  4. We ship, not deck

The deliverable is a working system, not a recommendation you have to implement.

Proof, when it exists.

No case studies yet. CogniGTM started shipping in 2026. The first field note lands when a partner engagement produces a number worth publishing. Nothing here will ever be a stock testimonial.

Product

How does PainSignal decide a complaint is genuine and not spam?

Every signal is scored on whether it's genuine, specific, and currently unresolved, and the model cites the evidence it used. No black box, no vibes-based confidence.

What does PainSignal actually watch?

Reviews, forums, support tickets, and call transcripts: wherever a person describes a real problem in their own words. By default it watches public developer forums (GitHub Issues, Reddit, Hacker News, read directly against the API and via Exa); pointed at a partner's own review and support surfaces, it watches those too.

Does PainSignal send replies automatically?

No. It drafts a personalised reply grounded in your docs and prior resolutions, and can generate a short AI-avatar video reply too, but nothing goes out until a human clicks approve.

How is AdversarialCI different from G2 or Gartner Peer Insights?

It's not a benchmark or a review-site replacement. It's a stress test against your specific situation, using your profile, your priorities, and your named competitors, not a generic score you scroll past.

What are AdversarialCI's four modes?

Buyer (which vendor should I pick), seller (how do I position against a specific competitor), analyst (a neutral comparison with no declared winner), and sourcing (a freshness check on vendor intel you already have).

Can AdversarialCI run on a market it hasn't seen before?

It currently ships with three verticals: database, cloud, and CRM, plus a per-vertical intake form. Adding a new vertical is configuration, not a rebuild.

Engagement

What does CogniGTM actually sell?

Working systems, not decks. An engagement ends with a running instrument (a signal pipeline, a stress test, a report you can re-run) plus the code.

Are PainSignal and AdversarialCI products I can buy today?

They're live systems we run for partners rather than self-serve SaaS. If you want one pointed at your surface or your market, that's an engagement: email hello@cognigtm.com.

What does an engagement look like?

Short and scoped: a defined surface to watch or a defined decision to stress-test, a working system at the end, and a number attached to it. No retainers for slideware.

Who is this actually built for?

PainSignal is built for DevRel, developer support, and growth engineering teams with a public developer-facing surface. AdversarialCI is built for buyer teams, founders, competitive intel, and GTM leadership making a decision a wrong call would cost a quarter on.

Method & studio

Is the research real?

AdversarialCI's method is published as a preprint: read it on ScienceOpen. Live products, open repos, checkable claims: that's the operating rule.
